• Sailor Moon & Sailor Chibi-Moon/Serena & Rini:
  Serena (Tsukino Usagi in Japan) is the main character in the almost all of the Sailor Moon series except for "Sailor Moon Super S" which is mainly focused on Sailor Chibi-Moon (Rini)
  

• Sailor Mercury/Amy Anderson:
  The "brains" of the Sailor Scouts, Sailor Mercury excels in practically everything she does.

• Tuxedo Mask
• Sailor Starlights:
  Seems to be men, but when transformed to Sailor Starlights they are women!
• Andrew:
  He works at the "Crown Video Game Center." Friend of Serena.
• Luna:
  The black cat who helps Serena.
• Artemis:
  The white cat who helps Mina.
• Diana:
  Luna & Artemis' daughter
• Melvin:
  A boy in Serena's class, who is the boyfriend of Molly.
• Molly:
  She is the best friend of Serena. Seems to be gone in Super S and Sailor Stars.
• Haruna:
  She is the teacher of Serena. Constantly has stress over Serena with her bad grades.
• Sammy:
  He is Serena's brother.
• Mika:
  She is the girlfriend of Sammy. Appears once in the whole series.

• Jadeite:
  He was the first general of the Negaverse, because he could not defeat the Sailor Scouts Queen Beryl killed him.
• Nephlyte:
  He was the second general. He fell in love with Molly and was killed off by Zoisite's evil henchmens.
• Zoisite:
  She was the third general, because she tried to hurt Tuxedo Mask she was killed by Queen Beryl. In the Japanese version she was a he.
• Malakite:
  He was Zoisites boyfriend, he set out to steal the Empirium Silver Crystal but was killed by Sailor Moon.
• Queen Beryl:
  She was the one sending everyone to capture everyone's energy and trying to capture all the Rainbow Crystals, but at the end Princess Serenity killed her off.
• Ann & Alan:
  Two aliens that wanted to bring forth a lot of energy to their doom tree.
• The Dark Moon Sister:
  They were originally all good people but because of Rubeus's influence they became evil. They get healed by Sailor Moon after.
• Rubeus:
  Originally he planned to trick the Dark Moon Sisters into taking over Crystal Tokyo through their evil, but because the Sailor Scouts managed to heal the sisters, Rubeus's plans failed.
• Emerald:
  Was the replacement for Rubeus. She said that instead of conquering crystal points she would instead grow idols and open the evil gate.
• Wiseman:
  He wants to take over Crystal Tokyo. Was killed by Reeny & Serena.
